If you are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. If you are already using the product, or have NAV. We are here to help you reduce licensing complexity, and make sure that you only pay for what you need.

Gain clarity across your licences. Speak to our Consultants to ensure your users are correctly licensed for only what they, and you, need. Avoid licensing Dynamics 365 users with insufficient use rights, or paying unnecessary cost for functions that aren't needed. Our Consultants can advise on: subscription, perpetual, cloud and on-premise licenses.

We'll quickly confirm the correct licence types for each user by reviewing their usage of the system.

We will check usage for each person across any Dynamics 365 environment. This can include:
  • Highlighting any users currently licensed with a full app where usage needs could be met by a Team licence
  • Identifying Team Member users who should be licensed with a full Dynamics app
  • Migrating users from the Customer Engagement Plan (Plan licences no longer available)
  • We will also review any add-on licenses you may use to expand your Dynamics 365 system

This is charged in addition to the license. You will likely need professional help from a Partner like Modulate to setup your system, unless you have done this before.

Modulate has full development capabilities to add onto the existing functionality of D365 Business Central. We also have access to cost affective App plugins.

Ongoing Support
If you wish to have access to experienced technical personnel who can keep your system operational and solve problems. Then you will need a separate Support Agreement with a Partner such as Modulate. Microsoft also provides some help resources you can access along with a community forum. However, without a Partner Support Agreement you will be largely on your own.
